Complaint Assistance
The daily operational responsibilities of the Division of Educational Services include the handling of general complaints, discrimination charges, and complaints against personnel. Matters which cannot be resolved at the school site level are addressed by the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services. Interpretation and application of board policies, the California Education Code and other government codes often impact the resolution of these types of complaints. Questions regarding board policies and procedures or district general practices are directed to Educational Services. Complaint Against Personnel forms are generated at the district office. Sample forms are below.
